通风管道工程设备在实际使用中可能会出现噪音过大的问题,那么这个问题我们怎么避免呢?这就要求我们在通风设备的设计、制造、安装时在以下方面做好对降噪处理:

(1)合理选择通风管道工程设备的机型。在噪声控制要求高的场合,应选用低噪声通风设备。不同型号的通风设备在同意的风量、风压下、机翼型叶片的离心通风设备噪声小,前向版型叶片的离心通风设备噪声大。
(1) Reasonably select the type of ventilation duct engineering equipment. In situations where high noise control requirements are needed, low-noise ventilation equipment should be selected. Different models of ventilation equipment have lower noise levels for centrifugal ventilation equipment with wing shaped blades and higher noise levels for centrifugal ventilation equipment with forward facing blades under agreed air volume and pressure.
(2)通风管道工程设备的工作点应接近效率点。同一型号的通风设备效率越高,噪声越小。为使通风设备的运行工况点保持在通风设备的效率区,应尽量避免用阀门进行工况调节。如须在通风设备压出端设阀门时,其设置的位置是距通风设备出口1m处。它能使2000Hz以下的噪声降低。在通风设备入口处气流应保持均匀。

(3)在可能条件下适当降低通风设备的转速。通风设备的旋转噪声与叶轮圆周速度10次方成比例,涡流噪声与叶轮圆周速度6次方(或5次方)成比例。故降低转速可降低噪声。
(3) Reduce the speed of ventilation equipment appropriately under possible conditions. The rotational noise of ventilation equipment is proportional to the 10th power of the impeller circumferential velocity, and the eddy current noise is proportional to the 6th power (or 5th power) of the impeller circumferential velocity. Reducing the speed can lower the noise.
(4)通风设备进、出口的噪声级是通风理、风压曾加而增加。因此,设计通风系统时,应尽量减少系统的压力损失。当通风系统的总量和压力损失较大时,可将其分为小系统。
(4) The noise level at the inlet and outlet of ventilation equipment increases due to the increase in ventilation and air pressure. Therefore, when designing a ventilation system, efforts should be made to minimize the pressure loss of the system. When the total amount and pressure loss of the ventilation system are large, it can be divided into small systems.
(5)气流在管道内的流速不宜过高,以免引起再生噪声。确定管道内气流流速应根据不同要求按有关规定选取。

(6)注意通风设备与电动机的传动方式。采用直联传动的通风设备噪声小,用联轴器的次之,用没有接缝的三角皮带传动的稍差。通风设备应配用低噪声的电动机。
(6) Pay attention to the transmission mode of ventilation equipment and electric motors. Ventilation equipment using direct transmission has low noise, followed by those using couplings, and slightly worse when using seamless V-belts for transmission. Ventilation equipment should be equipped with low-noise electric motors.
