（1）风管安装前，应先对其安装部位进行测量放线，确定管道中心线位置。

　　(1) Before installing the air duct, the installation position should be measured and laid out to determine the centerline position of the pipeline.

　　（2）支吊架不应设置在风口、阀门、检查口及自控机构操作部位，且距风口不应小于200mm。（3）材料应具有出厂合格证、质量证明书及产品清单，风管成品不得有变形、扭曲、开裂、孔洞，法兰脱落，法兰开焊、漏铆、漏打螺栓眼等缺陷。（4）根据施工现场情况，风管安装通常在地面连成一定的长度，然后采用吊装的方法就位，一般安装顺序是先干管后支管。1）组合连接：将各段加工好的风管，按施工图进行排列，为连接做好准备，风管连接应用广泛的方式是法兰连接。①法兰连接时，按设计要求放置垫料，法兰垫料不能挤入或凸入管内，否则会增大流动阻力，增加管内积尘。

　　(2) Support and hanger brackets should not be installed at air vents, valves, inspection ports, and operating parts of automatic control mechanisms, and should not be less than 200mm away from the air vents. (3) Materials should have factory certificates, quality certificates, and product lists. Finished air ducts should not have defects such as deformation, distortion, cracking, holes, flange detachment, flange welding, missing riveting, missing bolt holes, etc. (4) According to the construction site conditions, the installation of air ducts is usually connected to a certain length on the ground, and then lifted into place. The general installation sequence is from the main pipe to the branch pipe. 1) Combination connection: Arrange the processed air ducts according to the construction drawing to prepare for connection. The widely used method for air duct connection is flange connection. ① When connecting flanges, place the gasket according to the design requirements. The flange gasket should not be squeezed or protruding into the pipe, otherwise it will increase the flow resistance and dust accumulation inside the pipe.

　　②把两个法兰先对正，穿上几条螺栓并戴上螺母，暂时不要上紧，然后用尖冲塞进穿不上螺栓的螺孔中，把两个螺孔撬正，直到所有螺栓都穿上后，再把螺栓拧紧。③为了避免螺栓滑扣，紧螺栓时应按十字交叉逐步均匀地拧紧，连接好的风管，应以两端法兰为准，拉线检查风管连接是否平直。

　　② Align the two flanges first, thread a few bolts and nuts, do not tighten temporarily, then use a pointed punch to insert them into the screw holes where the bolts cannot be threaded, pry the two screw holes straight until all bolts are threaded, and then tighten the bolts. ③ In order to avoid bolt slippage, the bolts should be tightened gradually and evenly in a cross pattern. The connected air duct should be checked for straightness by pulling a line based on the flanges at both ends.

　　2）风管安装：有接长吊装法和分节安装法。

　　2) Installation of air ducts: There are two methods: extension lifting method and segmented installation method.

　　风管接长吊装：是将在地面上连接好的风管，一般可接长至10～20m左右，用倒链或滑轮将风管升至吊架上的方法。风管吊装步骤：①首先应根据现场具体情况，在梁柱上选择两个可靠的吊点，然后挂好倒链或滑轮。②用麻绳将风管捆绑结实。塑料风管如需整体吊装时，绳索不得直接捆绑在风管上，应用长木板托住风管的底部，四周应有软性材料做垫层，方可起吊。③起吊时，当风管离地200～300mm时，应停止起吊，仔细检查倒链式滑轮受力点和捆绑风管的绳索，绳扣是否牢靠，风管的重心是否正确，没问题后，再继续起吊。④风管放在支吊架后，将所有托盘和吊杆连接好，确认风管稳固好，才可以解开绳扣。

　　Duct extension and hoisting: It is a method of lifting air ducts that have been connected on the ground, usually extending them to about 10-20m, onto a hanger using a chain or pulley. Steps for lifting air ducts: Firstly, two reliable lifting points should be selected on the beam and column according to the specific situation on site, and then the reverse chain or pulley should be hung. ② Tie the air duct firmly with hemp rope. When plastic ducts need to be lifted as a whole, ropes should not be directly tied to the ducts. After there are no problems, the lifting can continue. ④ After placing the air duct on the support hanger, connect all trays and hangers, and confirm that the air duct is stable before unfastening the rope buckle.

　　安装时注意：风管接口不得安装在墙内或楼板中，风管沿墙体或楼板安装时，距离墙面、楼板宜大于150mm。风管分节安装：对于不便悬挂滑轮或因受场地限制，不能进行吊装时，可将风管分节用绳索拉到脚手架上，然后抬到支架上对正法兰逐节安装。

　　Attention during installation: The air duct interface should not be installed inside the wall or floor slab. When installing the air duct along the wall or floor slab, the distance from the wall or floor slab should be greater than 150mm. Segmented installation of the air duct: For situations where it is inconvenient to hang pulleys or cannot be lifted due to site limitations, the air duct can be segmented and pulled onto the scaffold with ropes, and then lifted onto the bracket to align with the flange for installation section by section.

　　（5）风管调整风管安装后应进行调整，风管应平正，支吊架顺直。

　　（6）质量检查主要检查风管安装的位置及标高、表面平整情况、连接垫料、法兰连接螺栓、支吊架安装等。
