1. By connecting the smoke exhaust duct through the upper part of the suspended ceiling, this method does not need to consider the distance between the flue outlet and the wall, effectively avoiding installation problems when the distance between the smoke exhaust duct is greater than the depth of the ceiling cabinet. However, in such installation, it is important to pay attention to the following two points:
Firstly, it is necessary to check the installation conditions of the suspended ceiling at the flue outlet: as the suspended ceiling needs to be moved downwards, it is necessary to consider whether the reserved space and position on the upper part meet the installation conditions; Secondly, there may be gaps when embedding smoke exhaust pipes, and attention should be paid to sealing them properly to ensure that the pipes do not fall off; 2. The kitchen smoke exhaust duct can be set up through the use of hanging cabinets and cabinets. This method is a common layout method for kitchen smoke exhaust ducts, and the number of ducts used is relatively small. Of course, there are still several points to pay attention to:
(1) For pipes with a diameter of 2.0-2.2m, it is best not to exceed 250mm from the outer edge of the flue opening to the wall, as this can ensure that there is sufficient space for the exhaust pipe in front of the gas meter and gas pipeline after the installation of the hanging cabinet; (2) Compared to European range hoods, this arrangement method is more suitable for Chinese range hoods because the upper part of Chinese range hoods usually has a hanging cabinet body, while the upper part of European range hoods usually does not have a cabinet body. So usually there is no space to lead pipes away.
3. Using the space between the suspended ceiling and the suspended cabinet to connect the smoke exhaust duct, this method of setting the smoke exhaust duct is suitable for the decoration method of the ceiling closely adhering to the top of the kitchen. The main method is to use the gap between the top of the suspended cabinet and the suspended ceiling to horizontally lead the smoke exhaust duct. There are also several points to note:
(1) The position of the smoke exhaust duct outlet in the kitchen must be higher than the top of the ceiling cabinet, ensuring sufficient space between the ceiling and the cabinet; (2) The distance between the outside of the flue outlet and the wall should not exceed the depth of the ceiling cabinet body, because after the installation of the ceiling cabinet, it is necessary to seal the smoke exhaust pipeline with a sealing plate. If the distance is not enough, it is not convenient to operate.
