① 依据通风管道的断面尺寸和所处的部位肯定绝热固定钉的数量。

② 肯定固定钉位置后，先将通风管道壁上的尘土、油垢擦净，再将粘接剂分别涂抹在通风管道壁面和保温钉的粘接面上，稍后再将其粘接在一同。固定钉粘牢后应待12~24h后再覆铺绝热资料。

③ 绝热资料下料要精确，套裁下料，切割面要平齐，搭接处不要有缝隙。纵横缝错开，小块资料应尽量用于通风管道上平面中间部位。
