Drop: as long as it refers to the leakage of liquid medium in equipment, pipeline and pipeline, pipeline and equipment, pipeline and valve. The poor sealing performance of the equipment itself and other interfaces, as well as the pipelines, equipment, valves, etc., cause material leakage.
Leakage: generally refers to the poor sealing, or the valve switch is not closed in place, the valve body has defects, and the worn parts of the equipment are not repaired in time, resulting in the outflow of materials or gas from the gap or crack.

Therefore, how to quickly control leakage without affecting production has always been a topic of concern for enterprise equipment managers.
Check all pipe interfaces to avoid leakage and reduce energy consumption.
1. The pipeline should be unblocked to ensure the smooth transportation of medium: clean up the scale and the inner wall of the pipeline, leaving no debris, and ensure that the inner wall of the pipeline is clean.
2. Necessary anti-corrosion and wear-resistant treatment should be done to extend the service life of the pipeline. The welding must be tight and watertight, and the inner surface of the air duct should be painted to prevent rust.
3. The connection shall be tight without leakage, and all flanges shall be installed with sealing materials.
